Catena, one of the Midlands’ largest lifting equipment suppliers, uses CoreRFID’s CheckedOK system, customised with job allocation software for lifting engineers, to automate its inspection process.
Catena purchased the full suite of CheckedOK modules, recording inspection results from engineers working remotely and in its specially equipped workshop. Data is entered through tablets and sent immediately to a secure hosted database, with reports and certification available to users through a web browser. The system also helps authorised users meet LOLER and PUWER regulations.
CoreRFID supplied tailored features including Global Pool of Jobs, job allocation software for lifting engineers that lets them access outstanding work directly, Document Retrieval, which removes the need to call or email for documents that can now be downloaded on site, and Invoice Indicator, which lets the finance team confirm chargeable work has been invoiced.
Catena supplies a range of lifting equipment and provides on-site and in-house inspections to ensure compliance with LOLER regulations, alongside proof load testing tailored to specific industry requirements.
