CoreRFID’s CheckedOK system has been tailored and delivered to Safe Lifting Solutions, a start-up based in County Cork.
Safe Lifting Solutions specialises in safety inspections of plant machinery and lifting equipment under GA1 Regulations, alongside PSSR inspection software covering the Pressure System Safety Regulations, aimed at preventing serious injury from stored energy hazards caused by the failure of a pressure system or one of its components.
CheckedOK lets equipment inspectors input data on site using a mobile or tablet. Data updates automatically to a secure hosted database, with certification documents available immediately for online viewing and download. PSSR inspection software also helps authorised users meet industry regulations without the manual admin that used to come with it.
CoreRFID has built a strong presence in the Irish lifting and cranes industry for more than a decade, since Dublin-based Hoistech became its first CheckedOK user.
Safe Lifting Solutions’ founder, Noel O’Donovan, chose CheckedOK based on personal experience of the system’s performance in an earlier engineering role.
