Part of why the transition worked is how quickly the team got up to speed. “The software is very straightforward to use for both engineers in the field and office staff,” Scott notes. With engineers working in the app on site and office staff managing jobs and reports through the dashboard; a system that both groups find intuitive removes the usual resistance that comes with switching platforms.
