No. CheckedOK is a full asset and job management system. You can create, edit and approve jobs, as well as manage engineer timesheets. CheckedOK is a fully auditable, digital asset register containing the entire asset history, and includes document storage for PDFs such as risk assessments and user manuals.
LOLER, PUWER, PPE, RoTE, DoC, EET and PoWRA are available as standard. Beyond those, the Custom Test Templates module lets you build inspection and test templates for any requirement. Our customers have used it for everything from NDTs to bespoke client requirements.
Not based in the UK? Your Customer Success Manager will help you configure CheckedOK to align with your local regulatory framework.
CheckedOK covers the full inspection and testing lifecycle out of the box. LOLER, PUWER, PPE, proof loads, PSSR, EETs and more. Beyond inspections, dedicated modules for repairs, breakdowns, servicing, modifications and installations mean the complete history of every asset is recorded in one place.
Yes. Engineers work from pre-built templates with drop-down selections, minimising manual input on site. Certificates are generated automatically the moment a job is approved. Due date reminders are sent automatically to you and your customers, so nothing gets missed.
Every submission is time-stamped and generated directly from the data the engineer entered on site. If you want an extra layer of control, CheckedOK also offers an optional approval step, so an administrator can quality-check the inspection details before the certificate is generated. Once a certificate is issued, editing access is heavily restricted. what can and can’t be changed afterwards has been developed alongside industry experts and professional bodies including LEEA, so the record you hand to an auditor is the one that was actually captured on site.
Yes. CheckedOK runs on a cloud-based infrastructure, meaning your team can access the platform from any device with an internet connection. Automatic backups run in the background, with no need for on-site servers or IT maintenance on your end.
CheckedOK works on any iOS or Android device; smartphones or tablets. The admin portal is accessible via any web browser on desktop or mobile. There’s nothing to install beyond the app.
Yes. The app stores a copy of your asset database locally on the device, so engineers can complete inspections without a signal. Any changes are saved and synced back to the system automatically – or manually, depending on your settings – once connectivity is restored.
Yes. CheckedOK has an open API, meaning it can connect to most finance, ERP and CRM systems without bespoke development work. The depth of integration depends on the permissions of the system you’re connecting to, but our support team can help you assess what’s possible for your specific set up.
Yes. Admin users can manage companies, locations, depots, equipment, categories and even manufacturer details within the platform. Each customer only sees their own data, and you control what’s visible to them.
Yes, and it’s free of charge. Your customers get 24/7 access to their own compliance documentation – certificates, inspection history and asset records – and you control what they see.
CheckedOK is available in over 30 languages including Arabic, Spanish, French, Mandarin and Indonesian. We’re adding new languages all the time as the platform grows globally. If you don’t see yours listed, ask us during your demo. The chances are we can support it.
CheckedOK works for businesses of every size. Our smallest customers are sole traders managing a handful of assets. Our largest are multinational corporations with engineers across multiple countries.
If you’re using RFID or NFC tags, customers can tap a tag on any asset and access its full history instantly on their mobile phone, with no need to log in. Particularly useful during HSE audits.
CheckedOK is priced per engineer. Admin and customer users are free of charge. The more engineer licences you have, the less you pay per licence. Our Pre-Use Checks app is also available as a standalone product at a lower price point. For more information, visit our Pricing Page.
Because your asset count shouldn’t dictate your software costs. We charge per engineer, the people actively using the system in the field. Admin users and customer portal access are always free.
We don’t offer a free trial, and there’s a good reason for that. Getting your setup right takes work. Building your templates, importing your asset register, assigning RFID tags. Rushing that process rarely ends well.
We’ll show you CheckedOK as many times as you need to make your decision. When you’re confident we’re the right fit, that’s when we hand over the keys.
Yes. The Pre-Use Checks app is available as a standalone licence, separate from a CheckedOK engineer licence. It’s designed for operators carrying out daily equipment checks rather than engineers conducting formal inspections with a lower price point that reflects the difference in use.
Every CheckedOK engineer licence includes a free Pre-Use Checks licence as standard. Contact us for standalone pricing.
It varies significantly. A straightforward setup can be completed in as little as 30 minutes. A more complex implementation – multiple countries, large volumes of historical data, custom templates or a manual register to digitise – typically takes up to six weeks. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will give you a realistic timeline before you start.
Our support team is based in Liverpool, UK and available by phone from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You can also raise a ticket by emailing support@corerfid.com.
Yes. Remote training and onboarding is included as standard. If you need on-site training or multiple training sessions, we can arrange that at an additional cost. Your Customer Success Manager will be on hand throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
